Mammoth Mountain Ski Area is the leading four-season California mountain destination with year-round lodging and activities. Winter in Mammoth typically runs from early November into May, thanks to the summit elevation of 11,053 ft, making Mammoth the highest mountain resort in the state. Free public transportation connects the mountain’s three base lodges, as well as social hubs at The Village and Old Mammoth Road. Each base Mammoth hotel and lodge is home to ticketing, rentals, ski school, day care, retail shops and restaurants. Nestled on the border of Yosemite National Park, Mammoth Mountain offers stunning views and endless outdoor play.
With a longstanding commitment to athlete progression and innovative freestyle and Nordic terrain, Mammoth is proud to be an official United States Ski & Snowboard Association training ground and home to one of THE top terrain parks and halfpipes in the world.
